Coffin Lock, also known as a dual lock or panel locks. Dual action take up provides substantial closing pressure with minimum operating force on tool. Capable of helping provide air tight and water tight seals. Commonly used to lock scenery pieces or platforms together and has a wide variety of other uses.  Heavy duty metallic construction and uses an standard 5/16" Hex Key to operate.
