ETC ETCNomad Puck 5K Output After Market Upgrade

This upgrade works with the ETCnomad Puck Base Lighting Controller. This upgrade will increase the outputs by an additional 5,120 outputs. A physical controller is not included in this upgrade.

When ordering output upgrades, provide your console serial number, console ID and current software version.

NOTE: Eos software 2.8.X or below unlocks the base dongle at 512 outputs. Eos software 2.9 or higher unlocks the base dongle to 1,024 outputs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The original Puck (with three USB ports) can be upgraded to 2,048 outputs only. Use ETCnomad 1.5K Up to order an after-sale upgrade for this unit.

NOTE: When you use ETCnomad Puck as a primary or backup, the system output is determined by the device with the lowest output configuration. When it's connected as a client, ETCnomad Puck's output capacity is ignored.
