HELIAC-R Fiber Optic Test Suite

The HELIAC-R is a comprehensive 2RU fiber optic testing suite designed for efficient diagnostics and maintenance of the fiber optic interconnects used in live event environments. Featuring a simple yet comprehensive set of tools, it streamlines testing and troubleshooting of your fiber interconnects right where you need it most.

FEATURES

• Fiber end-face inspection microscope with a digital 3.5” display. Features focus and X/Y position controls. Includes both 2.5mm and 1.25mm ferrule adapters
• Optical power meter. Uses a 10-segment RGB LED hi-vis bargraph meter as well as digital readout of power levels. Absolute (dBm) and relative (dB) modes available with a hold-to-set reference function. Green light=good design. Wavelength and mode are fixed to accommodate non-technical users. Wavelength and mode can be changed by user.
• Visual fault indicator laser output. Easy to use pushswitch operation. A red, fiber coupled laser is always ready to ID or find faults in you fiber connections; right there in the rack encouraging productive troubleshooting techniques.
