The Light Source’s new Mini-Pendant has been designed from the ground up with a 6 inch diameter cylindrical style exterior and easy access electronics. The new patent pending 80 Watt LED array has the exact same white light output levels with either the white or the RGBW LED modules. The Mini-Pendant has amazingly deep saturated colors with the RGBW LED Module and a beautifully crafted white light. The Mini-Pendant has a field adjustable 4.5” Fresnel lens with an output range from 81 degrees to 56 degrees. The Light Source carefully optimized the lens system using cutting edge computer optical simulation software to achieve over 85 percent optical efficiency. Compared with most fixtures the Mini-Pendant outputs more of the light created by the LED’s as part of the output beam and very little light is lost in the fixture interior. The Mini-Pendant has incredible dimming capabilities, smoothly fading all the way down to zero. The RGBW Mini-Pendant has RDM address setting capabilities. The thermal management in the Mini-Pendant's massive heatsink maintains the LED module and other electronics at optimum temperatures for long life without the need for noisy and unreliable fans.

The Light Source LED Mini-Pendants are built to order in our Charlotte, NC factory to provide exactly the light fixture required for each application. The Mini-Pendant’s LED Modules and Dimmer Modules are manufactured with The Light Source’s own, absolutely state of the art, SMT line. All the Mini-Pendant’s metalwork is also manufactured in our own factory with the latest CNC equipment. The Light Source has invested in powder coating equipment to allow for standard colors in black and white, as well as producing Mini-Pendants in any of the RAL powder colors without having to send fixtures out of house. This in house manufacturing control allows us the confidence to provide these ELT listed fixtures with a 10 year no hassle warranty.

• ETL listed with Universal AC input 100 to 277 V. 50/60 Hz.
• Limited inrush current allows up to sixteen fixtures on a 20 Amp circuit.

DIMMING CONTROL

• Extremely smooth DMX controlled dimming all the way to zero output level.

• White dimming is single channel. RGBW dimming can be 4 or 5 channel. 4 channel (Intensity-R-G-B) or 5 channel (Intensity-Intensity-R-G-B).

LED MODULE

• LEDs are carefully selected to maintain minimal color variance from fixture to fixture.
• Manufactured at The Light Source in Charlotte, NC, the LEDs are extensively tested to ensure over a 105,000 hour life to L70.
• No appreciable IR or UV is produced by the LED module.
• The LED module is field replaceable utilizing normal hand tools.

OPTICAL

• Patent pending, single source LED array emulates the look and feel of an incandescent fixture.
• 4.5" diameter tempered borosilicate glass Fresnel lens produces an extremely smooth light beam with 9 beam angle settings: 81°, 79°, 76°, 73°, 70°, 68°, 65°, 61° & 56°.
• The beam angles are field adjustable, but can be set for one specific angle at the factory per request.
• The beam center intensity value spreads evenly to the edge of the beam with a small field, producing low glare.

THERMAL

• Incredible thermal management keeps the LEDs cool, providing increased brightness and Lumen maintenance.
• Maximum heat exchange provided with a huge passive convection-cooled aluminum heat sink.
• Silent operation with no fans to generate noise.
• Maximum ambient operating temperature is 122 degrees F (50 degrees C).

WARRANTY

• 10 year parts replacement on complete LED fixture and electronics.
• Ship the LED fixture to the factory freight prepaid. The LED fixture will be repaired or replaced at the factory's option, and returned freight prepaid.
• Fixture repair parts may also be sent for qualified repairs onsite.
• Damage from improper wiring, installation, and lightning are excluded from warranty repair.
