Rosco OPTI-SCULPT lensing solutions provide precise angular beam control – enabling lighting professionals to accurately and affordably control the shape of their light with increased brightness. Rosco’s unique, proprietary process features engineered light distribution that has been laboratory tested for accuracy and repeatability.

Rosco OPTI-SCULPT sheets are available in two sizes: 24" x 20" Sheets or 24" x 40" Large Sheets.

Sculpt Your Beam Into Multiple Shapes – OPTI-SCULPT is available in eleven different patterns: 10°, 20°, 30°, 10°x20°, 10°x30°, 10°x40°, 10°x60°, 15°x35°, 15°x45°, 20°x40° and the unique 40°/60° Reversible

Accurate, Repeatable Beam Shaping – OPTI-SCULPT light sculpting lenses are scientifically engineered to provide lighting designers precise, angular beam control by passing the light through non-diffracting structures, embedded micro-lenses, for even beam distribution without any color-shift. This uniform control of the beam angle sculpts the beam into circular or linear patterns for any project where beam shaping is required.

High Light Transmission – OPTI-SCULPT is manufactured out of clear polycarbonate plastic and feature a very fine matte texture on the backside, which helps improve transmission by removing reflective light loss. The beam sculpting structures engineered inside the plastic provide a natural back scatter that helps eliminate hotspots without a significant reduction of light output.

Durable And User Friendly – Available in standard 24"x20" and larger 24"x40" seamless sheets, OPTI-SCULPT can easily be cut-to-size to fit any light. The performance of this durable, heat resistant, flame retardant product is not affected by dust or the oils from hands. Once cut, you can mark the back to designate which design it is, without affecting the performance of the lens. Thanks to their heat-resistant base, OPTI-SCULPT can be used on both LED and traditional tungsten lighting fixtures.

Installation: Each OPTI-SCULPT has a textured side and a smooth side. In order to achieve the lens' stated beam shape, position the OPTI-SCULPT with the smooth side towards the lamp. For the Reversible 40R60 OPTI-SCULPT – position the lens with the smooth side towards the lamp to achieve the 40° beam shape and the textured side of the lens toward the lamp to achieve the 60° beam shape. In order to create an accurate experience with OPTI-SCULPT, we recommend testing it with a small fixture like a pin spot or a small fresnel fixture. The use of lasers and mobile phone LED lights will provide different, misleading results. Please note the OPTI-SCULPT effect, per each design, is subjective to the light fixture in use.
