Monkey Wrench Productions is proud to offer a Ghostlight in support of the Behind the Scenes charity. Profits from the sale of this Ghostlight will go directly to support Behind the Scenes, an initiative of the ESTA Foundation. The Behind the Scenes charity provides financial assistance to industry professionals who are seriously ill or injured.

A Ghostlight serves both a practical and a traditional role in the theatre based in folklore and superstition. Practically speaking, a Ghostlight is the single light left burning onstage when a theatre is closed. It allows anyone entering the space to see the set, the edge of the stage, and any potential obstacles or hazards.

The Behind the Scenes Ghostlight features a protective basket and nameplate finished in Behind the Scenes purple. It includes a flat, black powder-coated base and a durable stand designed for long-lasting performance. The base ships in two parts for easy transport and is equipped with three non-marking (marley-safe) locking casters. The fixture comes with a 25-ft 14/3 SJOOW cable with an Edison (parallel blade with ground) connector, along with a rope-style cable wrap and a medium screw-base socket. It also includes a SelectKelvinTM technology A19 filament LED lamp with three field-selectable CCTs. The dimmable lamp consumes 9.5W, delivers 800–1050 lumens, and has an L70 rated lifetime of 25,000 hours.
