Osram GLA 575W 115V G9.5 1500Hr Long Life Lamp

The Osram GLA is the longer life version of the GLC lamp with a slightly lower light output. The GLA bulb is a halogen light bulb with a G9.5 medium bi-pin base. The GLA is a 575 watt and 115 volt lamp. This light bulb is a tungsten halogen bulb with stage and studio applications. The GLA is commonly used in theatrical fixtures including Altman Shakespeare, Altman Star PAR and Elation Opti-Par ETL.

The GLA lamp was created to allow older ellipsodial fixtures to match the wattage of a HPL lamp. When this lamp was first introduced, it was referred to as the HX-605 lamp before it became ANSI code GLA.
